We're currently looking for a User Researcher, to join one of our biggest teams inside a multinational company, playing a key role in creating useful and usable products & solutions and understanding user needs.
-What will your day to day be like?-
You will:
Understand business needs in order to design the research strategy.
Design, plan and execute research plans for different projects at different stages of development, choosing the best methodology (qualitative or quantitative).
Analyze and report research findings (user behavior) to different stakeholders.
Evangelize user-centered thinking and research best practices to reinforce a culture of informed, data-driven, and empathetic decision-making.
Shape and evolve our user research processes and best practices, and help upskill other team members so that our collective expertise and understanding grows.
Work in collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, UI and other UXRs to address user-centered opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
-What are we looking for?-
2 to 4 years of experience conducting user research and usability testing for digital products or solutions.
Deep understanding of Human Centered Design methodologies.
Hands-on experience applying quantitative and qualitative user research methods, remotely and in-person.
End-to-end experience with all aspects of the user research lifecycle.
Ability to lead workshops, ideation exercises and product and service definitions.
Degree or higher in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Anthropology, Human Computer Interaction, Design or equivalent field.
Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
Strategic mindset. You can find a balance between user and business needs and identify opportunities that can result in new revenue streams.
Good organization skills to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines, and a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
Care about accessibility and inclusive design.
