About the role: At bsport, our UX team is driven by a shared mission to refine every detail of our platform, informed by user feedback, to create seamless experiences for both clients and their customers.
As our first dedicated UX Researcher, you will have the exciting opportunity to establish the research function at bsport.
You'll help us understand our users more deeply and ensure their needs are at the heart of our design and product decisions.
This is a unique role where you'll shape how research is conducted, embedded, and valued across our teams, setting the foundation for a culture of user-centered design.
What will be your impact?
Establish research foundations: Define and implement scalable research methods, frameworks, and tools tailored to our needs.
Develop guidelines to help the wider team utilize research in their decision-making processes.
Advocate for the user: Share findings through presentations, reports, and workshops that inspire and align teams around user needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure a consistent and user-centric approach to solving problems.
Build a culture of continuous learning: Train and guide designers, PMs, and other team members to conduct lightweight research.
Lead by example, fostering a culture of curiosity and evidence-based decision-making.
You would be a great fit if you: Have 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Are skilled in a range of research methods (qualitative and quantitative) and can adapt them to project needs.
Excel at storytelling, using clear and engaging narratives to communicate findings to non-researchers.
Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment where you can have a direct impact.
Are passionate about building from scratch, creating processes that will evolve as the team grows.
Have experience working closely with product teams on complex platforms.
Have experience with common research tools like Dovetail, OptimalWorkshop, etc.
Care deeply about user diversity, accessibility, and inclusive design.
