The Position About the role Our User Experience (UX) team leads the design and development of innovative solutions for the future of health information systems, including applications for patients and healthcare professionals. We are seeking motivated young talent to support us in designing patient- and healthcare professional-centered user experiences for our digital solutions. As a UX Designer intern, you will be responsible for creating intuitive design concepts, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure our products deliver an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include participating in a wide range of design activities, such as user research, interaction design, usability testing, and more. This role requires a user-centered focus and the ability to create elegant solutions for complex problems in the healthcare domain. Main responsibilities: Participates in UX design activities under supervision in specific areas. Supports the creation and development of design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes. Collaborates on the definition of user flows and updates of existing designs. Executes usability tests based on requirements and user scenarios, and creates related documentation with supervision. Ensures adherence to relevant processes, guidelines, and working instructions. Actively communicates to resolve blockers and ensure continuous progress in assigned tasks. Communicates clearly and effectively in English to ensure smooth collaboration across teams. What would your day-to-day look like? As a UX Designer intern, your daily journey will be a dynamic blend of teamwork, learning, and tackling design challenges. Your day begins with participation in software team Agile ceremonies, where you'll stay updated on the progress of development activities, gather inputs, and start creating design concepts even while implementations are in progress. You'll dive into prototype creation and usability testing, ensuring that each user story is thoroughly verified and meets the expected outcomes. Any issues or misalignments with the required functionality will be promptly reported and discussed. As you gain hands-on experience with design tools and UX processes, you'll help conducting research tasks, creating wireframes, and performing usability tests to ensure system stability and prevent future issues. Who are you? We are looking for a recent graduate (within the last 3 years) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Communication, or a related technical field
