The UX role, you will be expected to work with accessibility, with the watchword design for all.

It also means using a central design library, where design components and styles are collected and standardized across the organization.
Maintain and develop new business and sales travel concepts in collaboration with the sales and business team: The role is expected to collaborate with the sales and business teams.
You will maintain and improve user experiences that support business and sales processes.
You will design flows that help users through the entire journey – from first interaction to closed deal – while ensuring business objectives are met.
A good understanding of working, creating and structuring work in jira is a requirement.
Be experienced and confident in making strategic UX decisions: The role is expected to be able to make strategic decisions based on user research, data and business goals.
You will have influence over the long-term UX strategy and be confident in your recommendations to improve and optimize customer experiences.
Have good experience working in Figma, creating structure and overview for other stakeholders to understand your work: You will use Figma as your primary design tool to create and iterate on user interfaces.
You will also be responsible for creating clear structure and documentation that makes it easy for colleagues and stakeholders to follow and understand your work.
