.If you're a forward-thinker looking for the great next step in your career within an innovative and collaborative environment, Board is the right workplace for you!We are looking for a UX Designer who will be part of the Board Professional Services team with the specific role to define UX Board Best Practices and templates AND support customers in the field to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools.If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with BI and CPM applications, we'd like to meet you.Responsibilities:Create user-centered dashboard designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and capabilities of Board.Create UX mockups and prototypes that clearly show how applications work and look like.Illustrate design concepts, use sitemaps, process flows, and storyboards.Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.G. responsiveness and performance).Collaborate with CS teams to propose and apply layout adjustments based on user feedback.Define / adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.Involvement in the process, from gathering requirements, through the completion of implementation, according to the project's needs.Assist the Board Pre-sales Team during the preparation of a Proof of Concept (POC) and product demonstrations.Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge and skills.Detailed Work Breakdown:Collaborate with CS teams, customer and partner input to create / define original and unique graphic designs and templates create Board Best Practice UX design principles.Collaborate with R&D and Product Management teams to identify future UX enhancements.Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.Examine previous design feedback and briefs for new projects, and collaborate with the team.Identify and resolve UX issues.Analyze questionnaire responses, field studies, interviews, and so on. They are in charge of figuring out how to understand the users.Use the insights as input for design decisions.Propose the user experience and interface with the user's needs in mind.Conduct observational research by observing the interactions of sample users with the product.Attend design and business strategy meetings and presentations.Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.Prepare rough drafts and present to internal teams and key stakeholders.Work operatively on project activities.Support marketing in initiatives like events, conferences, job fairs, etc.Involved in Whitepaper creation.Requirements:A bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field is required
