We help and learn from each other and strive to improve our work and processes.This role sits in the design team reporting to one of the Infrastructure and Developer Experience UX design managers.Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.What will your day look likeAs a UX Designer for Infrastructure and Developer Experience, you will work with the exceptional engineering teams at Canonical and have a vital role in improving what we deliver to the success of Ubuntu, our partners, customers, and the larger Ubuntu community. We build tools that enable everyone to build their own cloud experiences (MAAS, LXD, MicroCloud, and Canonical k8s), and we put together the Developer Experience on your Ubuntu Desktop. Your job is to make sure we implement industry best practices and push the limits of what is possible.Clear, stylish presentation that aids the user experience of our products is how we raise the bar and reach the widest audience. Real content and information will be at the core of the designs you produce. You know the ins and outs of typography, color, and layout, and you care deeply about usability, accessibility, and web standards.
