Understand the requests of the business teams to detect and understand their true needs and problems.Collaborate closely with UX Researchers in discovery, ideation and exploration processes such as interviews, usability analysis, benchmarking or collaborative design dynamics.Push for a data driven mindset across design and advocate for product teams to show customer/traffic data to support feature and/or UX enhancements.Propose digital solutions through the design of information architecture, user flows, prototyping, low and high fidelity wireframes.Visual sensitivity to create attractive, functional and consistent interface designs skillfully using tools such as Figma.Command and contribute the design system in order to keep consistent digital products and promote scalable design. Are you the one we are waiting for? Education: Higher Degree or postgraduate studies related to UX
Experience: Over 2 years in a similar role.
Languages: B2 English
IT: Knowledge in Figma or Sketch
Others: Strong oral and written communication skills. Collaborative mindset. Analytical mind. Empathy.
