Nurun is the global design and technology consultancy within Publicis Groupe, that creates products, services, and platforms for a connected world, grounded in state-of-the-art of data science.The UX/UI Writer Trainee will help shape product experiences by creating useful and meaningful text that helps users complete tasks in a clear, concise, and useful manner.
You will need to know the product from the beginning, see what the strategic need of the clients & SEO is, the reason for this and how the user should interact with the defined proposal.Tasks: Definition of UX language and brandingMonitoring of brand strategiesPersuasive writing through corporate identityEstablish coherent and creative narrativeEmpathize with the end userCooperate with external agenciesResponsibilities: Collaborate with UX designers, product teams, and researchers to create language systems in a variety of contexts, including UI components, editorial content, and help text.Conceptualize, narrate and edit project documents, through the workflows required by each client.Proactively anticipate customer needs based on their goals and explore innovative solutions in a space where there is little precedence.Create user-centric solutions considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.Use business requirements and customer research to assist in the development of high-level requirements, use cases, and scenarios.Work in environments with multiple priorities and with the possibility of changing objectives.Qualifications: Journalistic, advertising, sociological or editorial experience or background.Experience with collaborative design software is preferred.Ability to manage multiple projects at once.Fluent in English.Additional Information: What we can offer to you:Duration: 6 - 12 months.Schedule: Monday to Friday 9h to 14hGrant: 400 € per month#FutureOfWork model: 3 days of commuting + 2 days of work from office per week.Growing in such a challenging and 'fast-paced' environment!If you have any reasonable adjustment needs arising from a disability or medical condition to fully participate in the recruitment process, please discuss this with the recruiter who contacts you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
