Do you dare to make an impact?YOUR ROLELeads and delivers projects as outlined in the project charters and plansDrives the completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scopeMeasures, tracks and reports on project performance and milestonesProactively identifies and addresses areas for improvements as well as risks and countermeasuresActs as link between project team and project sponsorPrepares and aligns the deliverables with both the project team and project sponsorProvides timely and regular status updates to project sponsor and steering committeeIdentifies and brings to timely resolution project risks and issues, and escalates issues to the sponsor as neededSets up and ensures execution of project communication planLeads the project team and effectively delegates tasksYOUR SKILLSEngineering background, Mechanical or Process Engineering preferred4-5 years of experience in project engineering of chemical production equipment and installationFluent in English and SpanishGood attitude and proactivity to optimize processes and projects in a factory environmentEntrepreneurial mindsetLean Manufacturing knowhow as optionalAuto CAD and Microsoft Project (MSP) preferredHenkel is an equal opportunity employer.
