We are a leading digital marketing agency specializing in Google products and are currently looking for a passionate and driven Junior Campaign Specialist fluent in German to help shape and execute impactful campaigns.

Role Overview: As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google's platforms.
This hybrid role allows you to work remotely three days a week, while also providing the opportunity to engage with our team in our vibrant Barcelona office for two days each week.
Your proficiency in German will be key in managing and executing campaigns tailored to German-speaking audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video formats.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors within German-speaking regions.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Content Collaboration: Work with content creators to ensure that ad copy, landing pages, and creative materials align with campaign goals and target audience preferences.
Client Communication: Support account managers in communicating with clients, providing updates, and addressing any campaign-related queries.
Ad Optimization: Implement strategies for ongoing improvement of ad performance, including A/B testing, keyword adjustments, and bid management.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of campaign performance, strategies, and insights to contribute to future planning and execution.
Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
Experience: Prior experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing platforms is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients, both remotely and on-site.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing tasks across different locations.
