We are looking for an EMEA Senior Customer Education Specialist Electrophysiology (m/f/d) on a hybrid work mode basis for the next possible date.
Purpose: Boston Scientific is committed to developing and leading high-quality education programs for both employees and medical professionals. The core objective of this role is to plan, design, develop, and coordinate 3D Mapping and FARAVIEW technology in-house training programs for field support personnel and customers. This includes obtaining information needed to prepare training programs, preparing training materials, developing course content, determining methodology, and coordinating the development of training aids. The role also involves conducting training sessions and developing criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage internal and customer education programs through implementation of strategy, delivery of objectives, and execution of logistics while effectively working with stakeholders.Define optimal delivery methods for each learner and curriculum, developing blended approach programs that meet learning objectives.Understand and design blended programs with the appropriate mix of remote, F2F, and e-learning delivery.Collaborate on the development of current digital platforms and Learning Management System.Design, develop, and track e-learning programs to complement blended curriculums.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.Communicate proactively with stakeholders and establish strong networking in the organization.Define, track, and maintain budgets while ensuring cost-saving measures.Evaluate program impact, reassess objectives and outcomes, and plan for continuous improvement.Keep abreast of industry standards and trends and ensure compliance with governing agency guidelines. Profile Requirements: Minimum 7 years' experience in Medical Education/Customer programs/Field support EP, with 3 years of expertise required for this role.Training and Medical Education background will be highly valued (minimum 2 years).Experience in developing e-learning programs and digital content is highly valued.University degree or equivalent with solid expertise in Rhythm Management and EP.Strong customer focus, excellent planning and organizational skills, and problem-solving orientation.Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus. Travel approximately 30% is expected.
