Lynx Financial Crime Tech is looking for a Junior Business Intelligence within the finance area based in our Madrid office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Junior Business Intelligence you will work within the Finance department assigned mainly to Business Intelligence and performance measurement, management dashboards creation and FP&A tasks. The following are some of the key responsibilities for this role:
Identify valuable data sources and automate data gathering processes across the company.Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.Improve recurrent reporting and ensure timely delivery.Analyze large amounts of information to identify trends and patterns.Monitor and analyze business performance against budgets and forecasts.Build predictive models and 'what-if' simulations.Present information using data visualization techniques.Participate in implementation of tools and processes.EXPERIENCE - 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
EDUCATION - Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or equivalent field.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE - Knowledge of SAS, SQL, R, and Python. Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, QlikView). Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra). Strong financial modeling and Excel skills. Willing to learn and develop financial concepts (profitability, pricing, etc.) using data analysis. Advanced English.
