Make follow-up calls to verify customer satisfaction with the provided solutions and resolve any pending issues.Maximizing Customer Satisfaction: Make reminder and follow-up calls, always aiming to maximize customer satisfaction. Anticipate customer needs and provide service that exceeds expectations.Information Management and Continuous Improvement: Update databases with relevant information about customers and their post-sales inquiries. Draft reports and generate insights to identify areas for improvement in post-sales service. Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and customer experience.What We Are Looking For:Languages: The candidate must be fluent in English. Additionally, you must be able to communicate fluently in two of the following languages: French, German, and/or Dutch.Flexibility: Availability to attend our offices during the training period (2 months) and work in rotating shifts.Technical Knowledge: Experience in document management, technological platforms, and social media.Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers to manage and resolve complaints and claims.Desirable Experience: Experience in Customer Service.
