Mission: The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting in the day-to-day HR operations. This role involves tasks related to onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR administration.
Your responsibilities: Onboarding and Offboarding: Ask for onboarding documentation, prepare and distribute onboarding materials, and facilitate new employee orientations. Assist in exit interviews and conduct necessary offboarding procedures.Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data.Benefits Administration: Support in benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries. Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure timely processing of benefit claims.HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Communicate HR policies to employees and address inquiries.Compliance and Reporting: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare and generate HR reports as needed.General HR Administration: Handle HR-related correspondence and maintain HR filing systems. Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions.Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to HR management as necessary. To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).1 year of experience in HR administration or related roles.Knowledge: Cornerstone, Visual Time.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
