This position involves providing administrative support to the internal commercial team (sales managers and technical support - customer service team) and serving as an intermediary between our customers and the laboratory.You will be responsible for ensuring timely and reliable processing of all operational internal and external demands.ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE: Support the finance department in clearing customer delayed payment of invoices.Serve as an interface between the invoicing department, accounts receivable department, and customers.Request correction of invoices from the finance department, such as issuance of credit notes and correction of pricing in line with customer offer.Create internal purchase orders in Sharepoint (Oracle) for local supplier services.Check supplier invoices for correctness.CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE: Maintain regular customer contact and strengthen customer loyalty.Ensure communication between our customers, the laboratory, and the commercial team.Monitor projects (customer training on ordering lab analysis in the online platform, sample material definition and logistics coordination with depot, sample laboratory registration follow-up, inform customers on delays of reporting results, processing of complaints). Actively inform customers regarding project progress.Maintain dataloggers, from initial set up to regular maintenance.Control minimum stocks of sample material and dataloggers, issuance of internal purchase orders, and follow-up.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Formación Profesional de grado superior, preferably Técnico Superior en FP Laboratorio de Análisis y de Control de Calidad or similar.Minimum of 2 years of work experience in related positions.Environmental market knowledge is desirable.Friendly, service-oriented. Independent way of working and self-responsible.Able to manage several administrative tasks.High English, Spanish, and Catalan skills.Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).Quick learner of different IT systems.Minimum of 2 years of work experience in related positions.Conditions:Stable position - long term contract: Direct hiring by this multinational company.Salary according to value and the job market.Location: Barcelona.
