QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing guidance to subordinates in developing and monitoring annual operating budges and commodity rates; 2)Utilizing CUBIC/CIRCUITS budget databases to determine actual versus budget progress and implement corrective actions; 3 Achieving improvements in the overall performance of the Utilities and Energy Management product line by eliminating non-value added processes; 4) Developing specifications for new or modified systems.
