These are our User Research Principles.You will:Work in a dynamic environment where constant communication is essential.Use research to understand the contexts and motivations of our users (riders, drivers and companies).Conduct all phases of an end-to-end research project (Brief, research design, logistics setup, fieldwork, analysis, and dissemination).Develop in-depth data analysis and synthesis to generate relevant knowledge and insights to improve our products, services, and business.Generate, report and cleverly disseminate tactical and strategic information on how users perceive our products and interact with them. However, don't be discouraged if you don't tick off all the boxes as we are open to hearing from people from all backgrounds and levels of experience:3+ years of experience as an Individual Contributor in a User Research or similar research role (design, UX, market, or product research).A degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or a similar social science.Previous experience in mid-large scale research projects.Empathetic, synthetic and brave approach to conclusions and insights in order to deepen the understanding of people's needs, fears, motivations, and expectations.Great know-how of qualitative research methodologies.High sensitivity to strategic design, user experience, and quantitative research methodologies.Mastery of Spanish language to interact with users + ability to clearly and concisely communicate and discuss research findings in English as well.Willingness to work with ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies.Ability to manage multiple projects at once and address the challenges that come with it.Advocacy for teamwork
