As User Researcher, you will be part of the Customer Experience & Design (CED) team and play a key role in creating useful and usable products & solutions by helping product design, UXers, marketing, and engineers understand user needs. Reporting to the User Research team lead, your main responsibilities will be:Understand business needs in order to design the research strategy.Design, plan, and execute research plans for different projects at different stages of development.Analyze and report research findings (user behavior) to different stakeholders.Evangelize user-centered thinking and research best practices to reinforce a culture of informed, data-driven, and empathetic decision-making.How do we expect you to do that:Choose the best methodology (qualitative or quantitative) based on research questions, timeline, and available resources.Help the teams to understand the range of user research methods that exist, their pros and cons, as well as how to integrate them into their working processes.Shape and evolve our user research processes and best practices, and help upskill other team members by delivering training and guiding sessions.Work with Product Managers, Engineers, UI, and other UXRs to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.What do you need to bring:Degree or higher in Human Factors, ergonomics, cognitive psychology, usability, human-computer interaction, design, or equivalent field.Worked on user research for at least 2 years conducting user research and usability testing for digital products or solutions.Deep understanding of Human Centered Design methodologies.Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative user research methods (e.G. interviews, surveys, card sorting, usability testing, benchmarking, diary studies, ethnography, A/B testing, among others).End-to-end experience with all aspects of the user research lifecycle (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting, communicating).Experience leading workshops, ideation exercises, and product and service definitions.Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.Why are you the professional we are looking for:Strategic mindset.
