Responsibilities: Participate in commercial vehicle development projects across various phases, contributing to a wide range of project goals. Collaborate within a cross-functional development team (sales, R&D, etc.) and present user insights to stakeholders at all levels. Conduct market research to inform project development and strategy. Plan, design, and execute user research testing sessions based on project requirements. Recruit participants for testing sessions and carry out hands-on research. Understand users' needs, motivations, and potential issues with products and related services. Create user journey maps, establish context, and develop user personas and scenarios. Use research findings to identify and validate new product strategies, design ideas, and improvements. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in the related fields. Master's degree in Industrial Design, Psychology, or a related field, with a strong grasp of both physical and digital user research methodologies. Proven expertise in product and user research, with solid research skills. Strong verbal and visual presentation abilities. Experience working in cross-functional teams within vehicle product design or development (physical or digital). Proficiency in building digital and physical prototypes for user research. Solid project management skills. Excellent English communication and presentation skills; knowledge of an additional EU language is a plus.
