You are responsible for creating, leading and implementing the UX strategy for large complex solutions, or across many interrelated solutions to ensure we are providing a functional, usable, and enjoyable experience for users that will achieve the desired business outcomes.The Opportunity:Provide guidance in user needs-based design, design research, design thinking, and service design to senior stakeholders and product owners.Leverage your UX skills to drive our Product roadmaps and lifecycles by completing UX audits, conducting user research, and conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products that lead to intuitive user experiencesEnsure design consistency and integrity across products and projects, and advocate for usage of Design Systems as appropriateStays on top of new trends in usability, accessibility, UX design, UX Research and/or Service Design, and mentors colleagues on these topics.Be our HCD ambassador to the Madrid site.
