We are looking for a UX Designer to join our UX team in Barcelona and help craft intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
In this role, you'll apply your UX expertise to projects of medium complexity, crafting solutions that align with customer needs, product vision, and business goals.
Bring your empathy and analytical skills to understand customer journeys and leverage user feedback and data for continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with product owners and tech leads across all stages of the design process—from conception to implementation—to ensure consistency, coherence, and user-centered design in everything you create.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments +2 years of experience as a UX Designer Bachelor's degree in a design or related field Experience in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision. Experience working in Agile development environments Good communication skills in English and ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience working with design systems and pattern libraries. What will you be doing in this role? Design & Implementation: Develop consistent and user-friendly UI features and enhancements that adhere to user experience principles. User Research: Support user research efforts to identify needs and pain points, guiding design decisions. UX Artifacts: Create key deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and interactive prototypes. Usability Testing: Conduct tests and gather user feedback to refine and improve designs. Team Collaboration: Communicate design requirements to the product team and ensure accurate implementation in collaboration with engineering teams. Feedback & Reviews: Participate in design reviews to give and receive constructive feedback. Cross-Functional Cooperation: Work with product managers, developers, researchers, and designers to deliver cohesive, impactful solutions through open communication and collaboration. Product you will be developing PISA provides Patent Intelligence, Search, and Analytics solutions to help customers create, protect, and commercialize their patents, encompassing sub-products like PT Annuities, IP Recordals, and PatentAdmin.
About the Team You'll be joining a UX/UI Global team with more than 50 colleagues across the globe, working from the Barcelona Office and being part of a local fast-paced growing design community.
Hours of Work This is a full-time, permanent contract (40 hours per week with flexibility).
Hybrid model (2-3 days per week working from our Barcelona Office).
