What you will do: The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a User Acquisition Manager, you will be in charge of:
Understanding performance by deep diving into campaign data.Translating business questions into analytical requirements for the analysts that work within the marketing department and working with them to generate insights.Designing and proposing strategies and tactical actions to drive growth and business impact, as well as learning how each media can contribute to generating value.Driving the execution of the strategic priorities to achieve objectives and key results; tracking them over time and reporting the progress to the rest of the team/business.Surfacing the measurement/tracking needs to the Measurement Product Owner to increase the ability to collect data and measure performance.Implementing, optimizing, and owning the campaign performance across all eDreams ODIGEO brands and products.Designing and executing a testing and learning agenda for media buying, audiences, content/promotions, and creatives.Collaborating with the internal creative team as well as external creative agencies to ensure creatives align with the requirements from publishers.Being part of cross-functional projects and collaborating closely with other departments to design and execute marketing campaigns to support the global product (e.g., flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.) and marketing strategy (Prime program, holidays offers).Improving current best practices and documenting processes for campaign launch and ongoing optimization.What you need to succeed: Job Requirements: Bring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions.
