Reporting to the Senior Product & Privacy Counsel, you'll provide legal support across a range of health-tech products, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to help product development and deployment strategies. Strong project and stakeholder management skills are essential to succeed in this role.Key Responsibilities:Legal Guidance: Provide proactive legal advice on a variety of issues related to product development and deployment, including regulatory compliance, data protection regulations, and health regulations.Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of legal support for product launches and updates.Privacy & Data Protection: Support the Privacy Counsels to draft Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new product launches or features.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective legal solutions.Risk Management: Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and work with the Senior Product Counsel to develop corrective action plans.Continuous Learning & Research: Stay informed of the evolving legal landscape in the EU health, AI, and Privacy that affect product. Share learnings and insights with the legal team and other relevant stakeholders.Qualifications:Legal Expertise: 1-3 years working in a similar role in the tech sector with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, data protection (especially GDPR), and health regulations.Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of legal support for product launches and updates
