What your future position looks like: As an SDR at bsport, you play a crucial role in our further expansion. Your main responsibility is to open and expand the US market by speaking to key decision makers and convincing them to sign up with us.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Convincing leading businesses to sign up with usConsulting companies to identify their needs and provide solutionsQualify and identify the maximum number of commercial opportunitiesProspect for new leads to reach (and surpass) your monthly objectives and KPIsCommunicate with our Sales and Operations Team to provide insights into market trends and developmentsActively participate in improving internal processes and commercial processesReport and manage all of your activities on our SalesLoft platform to organise your own Sales PipelineYou will be a good fit to join us if you: Have proficiency in English as your primary language (other languages are a plus)Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar positionDemonstrate capacity to excel both autonomously and as a collaborative team member.Have familiarity with the Wellness industry (specifically SMBs) and a keen understanding of industry trends, competitors, and client needs.Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, displaying adaptability to changes and evolving market conditions.Are familiar with CRM software (experience with HubSpot is a plus) and other relevant sales tools.
