Agentero is looking for a Data AnalystAs Data Analyst, you will be working as a resource for the day-to-day operations, supporting Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance. This role will support multiple teams to get more done, faster! You will be successful in this role if you are naturally curious and have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, navigate through ambiguity, are organized, and have strong attention to detail.What you'll doWork with a variety of data sources, extracting data from different databases to generate analysis and improve our processes.Transform data into visual reports. Develop and maintain automated dashboards, metric reports, and data visualizations.Troubleshoot and resolve basic platform issues as they relate to the best use of Agentero; triage and escalate themore complex issues.Update necessary system(s) to ensure that project and/or program status is maintained with complete accuracy, including third-party management systems.Implement projects for our CRM (Salesforce).Qualifications and Experience2 years of demonstrated operational and/or data analysis experience.Experience working for a software company.Needs to have worked with database tools at some level. Needs to know how to write queries and work with data. Some keywords would be SQL, Tableau, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Analytics, BI (Business Intelligence), Python.Ability to quickly adapt to changing business requirements, manage conflicting priorities, and respond well to a fast-paced work environment.Ability to set clear and realistic goals.High proficiency in English.CompensationSalary range 30000€ to 35000€ depending on experience.Flexible annual training budget.Home office set-up budget.#J-18808-Ljbffr
