As a Project Expeditor and Coordinator, you will act as the main point of contact with customers, internal sales teams, and hubs during project execution. In addition, you will own small project execution processes for orders with low complexity related to instrumentation, transmitters, and valves. Your Responsibilities Will Be: Take ownership of customers' orders and handle them into the sales order processing system ensuring all data is checked and accurate.
Lead the communication with all involved parties.
Be the single point of contact after sales, keeping customers informed of potential order issues.
Monitor profitability and pricing uplift during execution and ensure that activities are carried out in line with project requirements and procedures.
Deal with customer disputes and Trade Compliance.
Participate in meetings related to defining CRM procedures, as well as training users on the usage of the system.

For This Role, You Will Need: Experience in an order handling and customer-facing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Understanding of project management principles.
Good knowledge of contractual and commercial aspects.
English language proficiency (written/read/spoken).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Experience in implementation of ERP systems (Oracle highly preferred).
Experience working in a matrix organization.
