.VP, Professional Services, EMEAThe VP, of Professional Services (EMEA) at Guidewire is responsible for leading the Professional Services Portfolio leadership team at arguably the most successful player in the InsurTech space. Guidewire's Professional Services team is responsible for all implementations, upgrades, cloud transitions, and education services for our P&C clientele. The mission of the Professional Services team is to ensure every customer's implementation experience is successful and drives value.Working closely with product development, customer success, and cloud operations, the VP, of Professional Services helps to unlock both feedback necessary to improve products and to ensure implementation experiences are successful, value-added, and cost-effective while conforming to modern cloud standards.The VP, of Professional Services is part of a global Services organization of over 800+ people and $200m P&L, and is responsible for the EMEA Services P&L of $40m. This is an important senior leadership role within Guidewire and will sit on the EMEA Leadership Team and also on the Global Services Leadership Team.This person also works collaboratively with our extensive partner ecosystem, helping to deepen our relationships with them, continuously educating them, partnering with them successfully on projects where the SI is in the lead role, engage with them optimally when leading the Guidewire stream, and ultimately ensure successful delivery of our customer program irrespective of Guidewire/partner mix.Responsibilities:Manage financial performance of Professional Services in EMEA related to the financial goals of Guidewire overall, with an emphasis on forecasting and profitabilityVia portfolio leadership, ensure the successful delivery of all EMEA based programs.Collaborate with the Partner ecosystem on joint engagement models to have a successful blended approach to projectsPartner with software product development to understand new product capabilities and ensure services are enabled to deliver on these capabilities. Provide feedback to development to improve the product and Guidewire offerings.Work closely with customer success and cloud operations during delivery to ensure the implementation experience is successfulPartner with sales to help position Guidewire and the implementation journey to customersMaintain high levels of employee engagement across the team, and promote the continuous application of our corporate values
