Champion data-driven feature prioritization for maximum market impact.Ensure our platform consistently delights users by fostering a deep understanding of customer needs through feedback cycles and direct engagement.Build team strength being a mentor and coaching internal teams in product understanding, empowering sales, and engineering to excel.Articulate our vision and evangelize our platform through customer interactions, conferences, and industry events.Your profile:Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience shaping B2B products for industry leaders.You demonstrate expertise in analytical databases, Infrastructure-as-Code, UI/UX, cloud deployments, and architectures.You have a passion for data-driven decisions, prioritizing features based on market insights, customer feedback, and key metrics.You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to facilitate effective meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and adapt your communication style to stakeholders at all levels.You are a natural evangelist, enthusiastically promoting Exasol's value proposition, both internally and externally.You are a collaborator, and you enjoy working closely with Engineering Managers (SAAS, integrations, core database)to ensure seamless integration and synergy.You provide team support and focus.
