.The Global Line People Function Business Partner advises and coaches the leadership team on all People related matters along the People value chain.
Together with the business, you will develop the People strategy, identify appropriate solutions, and ensure their implementation.
As Global People Business Partner, you will be the contact for Local People Business Partners in Allianz Technology's branches and act as coordinator for People processes from a global perspective.Key responsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner and key contact to the respective line managers and business leaders in the assigned business areas on People tasks, processes, and tools, fostering awareness of relevant interdependencies.Provide People consultancy advice on People issues and coordinate and steer People processes on a local level.Create high visibility and constructive, cooperative, and trustful relationships with employees and employee representative bodies (e.G.
works council).Identify HR-related business needs, initiate, and work with the HR Experts on the development of solutions to implement suitable processes and initiatives.Coordinate HR topics on an international level in the branches and act as contact to the respective Head of IT.Key requirementsa) Qualification, Certification, and Experience- Several years of work experience in at least one HR expert area, e.G.
