Logistics and Quality Manager (Torija - Spain)Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Logistics & Purchasing Manager (m/f) to integrate the production team of Logoplaste Torija.Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team.If you fit the profile, please submit your cv. This Recruitment process is confidential.Key tasks & ActivitiesManage the entry of materials and exit of finished products; Ensure FIFO compliance in raw materials by production teams; Document management of the quality system; Observe the adherence to quality and production procedures by all employees; Report to the Plant Manager on quality standards, and monitor them through production; Report to the group KPIs related to quality and overall parameters.Who we are looking for...Background and Experience- Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial/Production environment; - College degree inIndustrial Engineering or equivalent.Technical SkillsSolid understanding of Logistics & Quality Control practices; Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and Spanish (mandatory); Experience withISO, FSSC, or BRC Certification systems; Knowledge of MSoffice tools and SAP knowledge will be highly valued.Interpersonal SkillsGood verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, managers, external companies and subject matter experts; Team player andflexible with a proactive and collaborative attitude; Ability to workautonomously and problem-solving skills; Results oriented with the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.Logoplaste is an equal opportunities employer, where the foundation of our culture and our drive is based on Diversity & Inclusion.
