.Our Business Development team is growing, so we are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) located in Spain or in Andorra. Also, to give continuity to the portfolio in the area with farming work listening to their current needs closely and with a view to being able to meet future needs.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree or university degree in Sales, marketing and/or technology related studies with a minimum of +5 years of experience in technology related sales or account management to systems/networking/security/cybersecurity solutions.A Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Cybersecurity would be a plusMinimum 1 year of sales experience required in Digital Trust Services (signature, identity) and/or Cybersecurity Services (ofensive security, governance, SOC, resilience...).Fluent in English and Spanish will be necessary.Self-starter, with a can-do attitude, focused and determined.Sales driven with hunter mentality, but customer focused.Collaborative approach, ability to work as part of a team.Technology enthusiast, solid knowledge of IT landscape and current technologies.Well-developed interpersonal and communication, problem solving, diplomacy and influencing skills.What challenges and tasks can you find in this job?Proposal Development and Deal Closure: spearhead the creation of comprehensive and compelling proposals tailored to client needs, leveraging WISE SECURITY's rich portfolio of services and solutions.Client Relationship Management: engage in proactive follow-ups with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring that WISE SECURITY remains their go-to solution provider. Prioritize the nurturing of existing client relationships, understanding that retention and growth within existing accounts (farming) are as crucial as acquiring new ones.Teamwork mindset: Collaborate closely with finance and sales teams to ensure that invoicing processes are timely, accurate, and transparent, fostering trust with key clients.CRM: Diligently update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for streamlined decision-making and strategy development.Keep updated: Pursuing relevant cybersecurity training and certifications, staying abreast of the latest trends and sharing newfound knowledge with the team.What are we offering?Type of contract: indefinite full-time contract (from Monday to Friday).Location: Spain or Andorra (hybrid remote).Salary: fixed + variableFlexible Compensation Plan (food card, transport card, medical insurance, kindergarten voucher, and training)
