Key Account ManagerLocation: Catalonia area, SpainWe are currently seeking a driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Spain. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing, achieving, and maintaining business growth and market share for our Breast Health and Skeletal products. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships with key customers, identifying business opportunities, and executing sales strategies across the Catalonia region.What You Can Expect:Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within Catalonia.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.Serve as the main point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, and work within the company to ensure deadlines for client requests are met.Collaborate with sales team members to identify and grow opportunities within territory and potentially support other regions.Monitor and analyze key account metrics to identify trends and develop solutions to optimize performance and customer experience.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.Provide regular reports of territory status, including but not limited to, sales results, detailed account plans, and market analysis.What We Expect:Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role, with working knowledge of selling capital equipment/Medical Imaging products.A strong understanding of the health system and customers in Spain, with experience in the public and private sectors.Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.Experience managing complex procurement processes, specifically with big private groups, in different business models (capital/investment and recurrent revenue/consumables).Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects with an analytical approach.Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, Catalan, and English.Full driving license and willingness to travel as needed.Why Join Hologic?
