Nebeus is a multi-cultural and international team based in London and Barcelona.We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and customer-focused, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on our products and services.RequirementsWhat You Will Do:Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner.Provide accurate information about products and services, and troubleshoot technical issues.Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments and follow up to ensure resolution.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends.Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to process enhancements.Manage and track customer support tickets in our CRM system.Who You Are & What You'll Need:Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within fintech, banking, or a tech-related industry.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented with a passion for helping customers.Experience with CRM tools and customer support platforms (Zoho/Zoho CRM) is a plus.Fully proficient in English, with additional languages including Spanish being a plus.What we offer:A full-time permanent contract, following a trial period.Up to 25 days' holiday.A shorter work day on Fridays.Health insurance package.A brand new work equipment!Refund of training courses relevant to your career and job at Nebeus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
