Founded in October 2022 by the Financial Services Practice Lead Partner of a leading US strategy consultancy and a builder/investor of multiple leading software companies, we already bring together the best of both worlds: deep functional Financial Services domain expertise/networks, and a track record of how to build and invest into leading software product companies.We are looking for a Cybersecurity Consulting Manager to join our expanding Cybersecurity Unit at our Munich HQ.What You Will Do:Create Impact for our Clients: Alongside your colleagues you will help identify information sources, gather and interpret data, execute analyses, and present findings to team members and client stakeholders. Lead workstreams and projects, working on initiatives such as IT mergers, strategic transformations, and CIO/CSO reorganizations.Grow & Team Leadership: Develop your analytical, interpersonal, critical thinking, technology, and business management skills from day one. Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to consultants.Be a Trusted Cybersecurity Professional: Analyze the cybersecurity structures and maturity of our clients. Orchestrate, design, and implement cybersecurity solutions. Establish risk and compliance processes and develop policy frameworks.Cross & Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling ALAIKA's services to existing clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.IP Development: Own key IP parts (e.G. SOC and IAM as part of the Cyber Practice) and maintain/develop them according to the latest client projects and market developments. Own at least one external-facing task per quarter (e.G. writing an article or managing a project like our website). Support organizational development, including relevant processes, tools, and setups (e.G. SAP implementation, website go-live).Your Profile:Professional Experience: At least 5+ years of relevant full-time experience in Cybersecurity consulting or a B2B Cybersecurity environment within DACH/EU region. Experience in contributing to large-scale transformation projects in the domain of Insurance Cybersecurity.Educational Background: A degree in an IT or analytical field (e.G., Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering) from a leading university with an exceptional track record.
