The journey starts here, with you at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:As a Chief of Staff,you will collaborate closely with product portfolio leaders to define operating plans, track performance against targets, manage risk / privacy requirements and drive executive reporting. Leveraging your experience in managing and growing businesses, you will play a key role in elevating our thinking from tactical execution to strategic management, driving the organization towards long-term success.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Strategic Thinking: Lead efforts to transition operational thinking from tactical to strategic. Decide how to organize to ensure we are driving the execution of our strategic plans, while meeting all corporate reporting/compliance requirements, efficiently.Operating Plan Definition: Collaborate with portfolio managers and other key stakeholders to define comprehensive portfolio operating plans aligned with strategic priorities.Performance Tracking: Develop and implement mechanisms for tracking performance against operating plans, including key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and targets.Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes and improve efficiency,driving initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.Executive Reporting: Prepare regular executive-level reports and presentations to communicate business performance, highlight key insights, and provide actionable recommendations for decision-making.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders, including senior executives, portfolio managers, and business partners, to align strategic priorities and drive consensus on operational plans and initiatives.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges to the execution of operating plans and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions.QualificationsEXPERIENCE:A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience, spanning various roles in business operations, management consulting,and/or corporate line functions.Prior experience working for companies that provide technology or communications services, including communication service providers, hardware/software providers, systems integrators, and/or consulting/advisory firms.Bachelor's degree level or equivalent in a business or technical discipline #J-18808-Ljbffr
