Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, logistics), deploy commodities strategy and much more.
You'll specifically take care of ensuring project execution in line with Quality Cost Delivery & Technical (QCDT) objectives, while also supporting supplier panel relationships.We'll look to you for:Set up full supplier selection processPrepare and launch Request for Quotation with suppliersEnsure work package sheet commitment respectPrepare Business AwardPromote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhere to the highest standards of ethical conductCoordinate project with all métiersEnsure on-time delivery and quality are secured especially during the ramp-up phase of the projectSupport commodity strategyConsolidate the commodity needs and inputsParticipate actively in commodity strategy and panel elaborationProvide inputs to build differentiationSupport the Commodity Manager in the tender phaseRepresent the commodities towards projects, platforms and solutionsEnsure effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem solvingApply the Alstom Procurement process and provide return on experienceBuild Supplier relationshipsSupport global supplier panel relationshipManage specific supplier panel relationship (negotiation, specific agreement, local supplier QCDT performances)Measure supplier performance and develop them in coordination with supplier Quality TeamAssess all risky suppliers and manage the associated mitigation planManage initial issues before escalation to line managerMonitor Corporate Social Responsibility engagements and deviationsRespect Alstom code of ethics and guidelinesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
