Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies.We are looking for an HVAC Technician who will be supporting the 3-month Facilities Inspection project in Subic Zambales. As part of a facility inspection team, you will be responsible for inspecting HVAC systems, electrical components of HVAC equipment, piped utility services, and general fire protection components.Our salary for this position, based on the market data, is Php18k-20k/month (depending on skills and qualifications).Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and document maintenance issues on HVAC equipment.Consult the inspection team on the HVAC system and equipment status.Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and identify solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.Attend regular meetings with the project team.Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.Qualification To Be Successful In The RoleA high school diploma or equivalent required.5 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation and/or repair.Must possess NCII R/HVAC certification.Must be open to a 3-month contract in Subic, Zambales.Knowledge of HVAC systems, building products, construction details/design and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.Why Planate?Planate Management Group is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
