The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our partner's customer support team in Barcelona. As a key member of their customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through product-related concerns. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support Excellence: Handle inquiries and provide solutions to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.Problem Solving & Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, ensuring customers receive timely and effective solutions.Brand Representation: Represent a globally recognized leader in automation, upholding the company's high standards of customer satisfaction.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and meet service level targets.
