Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting) Work Schedule: US Business hours (Mountain Standard Time)Work Set Up: Work OnsiteJob Summary: The Billing Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and billing of client accounts for work performed by our operations teams. This position plays a key role in the customer relationship process to ensure happy clients. This position currently reports to the Controller. Job Duties:Utilize accounting software to identify outstanding accountsGenerate bills and invoices specific to customer accountsDeliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional mail servicesProcess all payment using various pay servicesReconcile all payment with accountMake appropriate collection efforts on outstanding customer account balancesGenerate monthly and quarterly reportsAssist with invoice entry and AP responsibilities as neededMinimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)2+ years in a billing department rollUnderstanding of accounting software such as QuickbooksStrong computational skillsAbility to be productive without oversightExcellent interpersonal skillsRobust written and communication skill setUnderstanding of home maintenance and repair services is beneficial but not requiredAmenable working during US Business hours (Mountain Standard Time).
