Academic Process Coordinator, Vice-rectorate for Academic Affairs
Tasks: Manage the processes of design, development and evaluation of the official Undergraduate, Master's and Doctoral Programs, as well as Private University Programs in accordance with applicable regulations.Manage the processes of the University related to all the University Programs.Coordinate relations with the different public administrations (Ministry of Universities, regional authorities, quality agencies) and internal departments to carry out the required processes. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Manage the processes of the University's Undergraduate, Master's, Doctoral Programs and its own degrees requested by the Ministry of Education, considering applicable regulations and the requirements of the corresponding Quality Agency.Collaborate in the development and updating of necessary documentation.Advise the Program Directors and their teams, as well as other Departments involved, regarding regulations and procedures of the official Programs.Coordinate the collection of information (reports, surveys, data, etc.) required by the University's Internal Quality Assurance System with the different areas of the University.Participate in the preparation and dissemination of reports on the results of the surveys to the different agents involved.Manage and coordinate the submission of documentation related to the University's programs required by official bodies during the academic year (ACSUCyL, Junta de Castilla y León, Comunidad de Madrid, Ministerio de Educación, etc.) through the document management applications available for this purpose (Verifica, Alfresco, Registro, Sede Electrónica, etc.).Cooperate with the Marketing department to update the required information on the University's official website.Design, develop and update other documents related to the University website. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's Degree.Fluency in written English and Spanish.Knowledge of the Spanish university system is required.A good understanding of the applicable regulations and the existing mechanisms for their implementation.Experience in university quality systems management.Having worked or collaborated in university quality agencies or external university quality evaluation committees will be especially valued.Knowledge of the following applications will be a plus: Verifica, Alfresco, Registration and Procedures platforms of the Ministry of Education, the Community of Madrid and the Junta de Castilla y León.Proficient in MS Office and data analysis systems (mainly Excel, other systems are a plus).Project management and document management capabilities.Organization and systematization of information skills.Team working, customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
