In this role you will support the AMR M&A Vice President to analyze, oversee, and negotiate hotel M&A transactions.
A successful M&A Analyst will: Support AMR M&A Vice President in the negotiations of M&A transactionsCoordinate internal teams that support M&A transactionsLead project management of M&A transactions in close coordination with M&A Vice PresidentGenerate and manage status reports of M&A DealsSupport Due Diligence processesWork with teams to build and analyze hotel P&Ls and forecastsAct as point person within the M&A group to efficiently facilitate the team's day-to-day operationsDevelop deep understanding of the M&A targets and investors buyers, their priorities and the trends impacting themDemonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values (included in all job descriptions).
Experience & Education: The M&A Junior analyst must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field, and from 3 to 5 years job experience.
