The responsibility of this team is to make the difference by being customers' partner in times of financial difficulties, while protecting bank interest and our way of working is Agile.Your key responsibilities: As a Data Analyst Early Collections, you will:Positively contribute to the team responsible for delivering a high-quality early collections service.Co-create and lead the strategy and the roadmap to achieve the best-in-class collections services.Ensure the precise and safe execution of the operational processes and automated collections workflow configuration in the Collections Tool.Coordinate and monitor the external collections agencies.Drive the evolution towards a more data-driven and digital service.What are we looking for? Other programming languages such as SAS / MicroStrategy / Power BI would be welcome.High Level of English.Expertise in the banking industry, expertise or technical knowledge in collections software management or experience in digital collections will be valued.What do we offer?
