Job Title: Upwork Bidder & Digital Marketing Enthusiast (Remote/Hybrid) Time Zone: US Time Zone (PKT Night Shift) Key Responsibilities: Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork and craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
Maintain a high success rate in converting bids into winning projects.
Build and maintain client relationships through strong communication and project management skills.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align bids with company expertise.
Analyze Upwork profiles and strategies to continuously improve visibility and success.
Stay updated on industry trends in both Upwork bidding and digital marketing to keep strategies effective.
Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding or similar freelancing platforms.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, social media, PPC, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
