We are recruiting for an international company a Customer Service Sales Representative for the **Finnish **market**Missions**:- Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached- Place outbound calls when required- Quote creation and follow up- Use upselling/cross-selling technics to maximise revenue- Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success- Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained- Track on stock availability- Cross language backup if needed- Answer and deal with customer post sales requests- Solve status queries. **Profile**:- **Fluent in Finnish**:- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience- Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)- Computer literate with solid IT knowledge and technical understanding- Outstanding communication with ability to emphasise, negotiate and persuade- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations- Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time. **BENEFITS**:- Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance- Be part of a dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere- Guidance and tools to reach your full potential.
