Summary
Desarrolla e implementa programas estratégicos y operativos de Asuntos Médicos Globales, con un enfoque en evidencia innovadora y/o preparación para el lanzamiento y/o soluciones posteriores a la comercialización, incluida la planificación de asuntos médicos y la ejecución de la estrategia de compromiso médico/científico que aborda y satisface las necesidades estratégicas de actividades médicas previas al lanzamiento y de lanzamiento para los pacientes, los sistemas clínicos, de acceso y de valor a los sistemas de atención médica.
Proporciona experiencia en el desarrollo y ejecución de las estrategias generales, proporcionando insumos durante el diseño y a lo largo de la ejecución de extremo a extremo de los programas.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of a high-quality medical strategy for the disease area(s) and a vision for the brand(s) throughout their life cycle, on national level, in collaboration with global and regional teams.
Design and implement innovative medical affairs plans that address medical needs, including evidence generation and RWE, HEOR, digital tech, innovative education and scientific communication, etc., and co-create a Medical Affairs plan that provides relevant information, and shape international, global and regional activities to address local needs in line with the global strategy.
Build together with the Medical Leads the strategy and plans for Medical Affairs, publications, internal and external educational activities, as well as other communication activities involving Medical Experts.
Lead the Medical team in the area working in close collaboration with other key areas, as commercial and access Serve as a lead in the diseases for internal stakeholders from different line functions, as well as for external customers, including healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups.
Provide a capacity development plan for field medical associates, in collaboration with the MSL Head, including disease area and product-specific content to train medical associates in the region or country.
Ensure the design and execution of all medical activities in accordance with applicable company policies and external legislation.
Essential Requirements
Scientific background / MD or PhD/PharmD in Health Sciences or Life Sciences
Proven solid experience as direct leadership & people management
Profound working experiences in Medical Affairs and/or Development
At least 6 years of experience in the pharma industry
Experience in strategic positions and deep understanding of the field roles
Experience in data generation
Desirable Requirements:
International or global experience or experience in another country
Cross-functional work experiences
TA expertise in onco-haematology areas
Languages:
Local language: fluent written and spoken
English: fluent written and spoken
