What will be your responsibilities?
As a P&C Area Business Partner, you will support a broad spectrum of HR functions to support the business effectively. You will collaborate with the P&C Leadership Team to enable a consistent and quality delivery of the P&C agenda in the country, while providing subject matter expertise, trusted advice, and influence to enable delivery of an amazing Colleague and customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

Partnering with Recruitment and Retail teams to implement the workforce plan.
Coaching Area Retail Leadership in people management.
Supporting P&C Store Business Partners in identifying training needs.
Fostering a positive company culture and assisting in analyzing engagement surveys.
Implementing well-being programs.
Collaborating with Retail Leadership on performance management.
Developing talent pipelines and overseeing succession planning.
Ensuring compliance with people policies and advising on employee relations.
Working with works councils and trade unions.
Analyzing KPIs, sharing best practices, and leading organizational change.

How would we like you to be?
We are seeking someone with strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive development and change. You should be adept at building and maintaining professional relationships with your colleagues and teams, supporting our HR initiatives with effective communication and a clear business vision.
As we continue to expand, your flexibility to adapt to different business needs and locations is crucial. A solid background in HR will be essential, and we will value experience in industry, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and distribution. Regular travel and visits to stores will be required. Your capability to manage change, coach others, and drive high performance will ensure your success in this role.
