Biosense Webster , Clinical and Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and planning of the clinical support in EP (Electrophysiology) labs, selling and promoting Biosense Webster products and solutions among current and potential customers, working closely with the Professional education team on education programs for end-users, managing team responsibilities, and developing business growth within the Malaysia & Brunei market according to business goals and objectives.
Clinical Support: A good understanding and familiarization of the clinical EP environment, competitor products – continuous development of EP knowledge and coaching team members in the field.
People Management: Good people leader & management skills. Able to lead and support EP cases, optimizing Carto Experience (OCE) on products or modules, as well as handling system troubleshooting during any case situation. Tailor product conversation to the audience to ensure proper understanding and optimal utilization. Demonstrates product features and benefits to meet customers' unmet needs. Become comfortable with all types of heart arrhythmias.
Sales Planning: Achieving business and sales goals by collecting, analyzing, and sharing market information (public procurements, competitors, business partners). Conducting benchmarking exercises, preparing pricing offers, and public procurements responses while respecting deadlines. Keeping regular presentations and education for partners – introducing new products, techniques, and providing courses for the best usage of the product. Responsible for the launch and rollout of new products and services, initializing sponsorship/workshops/proctorship events, and executing state-of-the-art product launch processes.
Operational Responsibilities: Effective expense management of yearly Advertisement & Promotions, CME & sponsorship budget. Respecting deadlines in providing monthly reports, expense reports, forecasts, and other company processes. Understanding and following processes with Customer Service (pricing, public procurement, Consignment management, etc.). Following and administrating quality complaints due to Company quality processes. Close collaboration with support function personnel and departmental heads.
Meetings: Required to attend regular calls or meetings on demand planning, product change management, Launch Excellence, and Leadership team engagements.
Qualifications: University Degree (preferably Technical, Biomedical, or Medical background). 2 - 3 years of relevant experience within the cardiovascular / Electrophysiology field. Good communicator with excellent presentation skills. Strong ability to effectively convey information in a variety of formal and informal settings. Ability to drive projects in an organized and timely manner, with necessary follow-ups and interaction with all involved stakeholders. Desire and ability to anticipate and address the needs of customers (internal or external) through timely program/project implementation. Analytical thinking: systematic gathering, organizing, and synthesizing of relevant data into meaningful added value information. Teamwork/Collaboration: intention and ability to work effectively with others toward shared and common goals. High level of energy, engagement, responsibility. Excellent spoken and written English. Ability to travel, mainly locally and at times within South East Asia countries. Driving license. Fluency in speaking/writing/reading English language & preparing presentation decks.
