If you're ready to contribute to our vision of making property investment as simple as investing in shares or ETFs, we want you on our team!How will you contribute to PropHero?Your main mission will be to support the account managers team, identifying the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our products and services.Your success in this mission will be stellar if you succeed in the following:Backoffice tasks supporting the Account Managers Team.Use customer data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement in the customer experience.Contribute to data analysis to identify areas of improvement in operational processes.Contribute to the creation of communications templates.Call clients in specific cases to conduct feedback surveys.Calculate the final profitability of the operations by making an economic balance of the operation between sales and expenses.Assist the rest of the team in the planning and execution of daily operational activities such as preparing home insurance quotes, creating weekly statistics, organizing documentation.What will make you succeed with us?Education: you are ideally a 3rd year or 4th year student of ADE, Economics, Finance, International Relations/Business, or similar business-oriented degrees.Detail-oriented: to ensure that all information in our inventory is up-to-date including but not limited to purchase orders and billing statements.Tools expertise: Microsoft Excel.High-performing profile: Results oriented. We want you to own the purchasing process and become the point of contact for efficiency in this field.Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate internally and externally, with our vendor counterparts.Proactivity and Autonomy: PropHero operates in a changing ecosystem, which implies being able to adapt easily, being agile in reactions, working at a good pace and having a positive and proactive attitude.
