Underwriting Support Technician Dpto.Seguros Personales y AAPPs - Madrid

Experience: approx. 5 years in Administrative Technician tasks or similar.

Reporting to: Director of Department

Responsibilities: Support to Business / Underwriting Identify business opportunities: brokers, monitoring of public digital platforms. Agreements with Brokers and clients. Quotations. Preparation / Presentation of offers. Results P&L. Administration. Portfolio tracking. Management of administrative processes. Updating documentation. Issuance of policies, supplements, regularizations, and renewals. Development of IT tools. Public Administrations Interaction with public entities. Support for other lines (RC, Financial Lines) Electronic invoicing, file maintenance, notification management, obtaining documentation or official certificates. Skills and Competencies: Training in Administration, Management Informatics. University studies will be valued. Empathetic, sociable person, ability to relate to colleagues and the industry in an agile, elegant, and tactical manner. Transparent, results-oriented, motivated, and proactive.
