Functions: Analyzing documentation supplied by internal and external stakeholders, sorting them, and putting them into the relevant systems.
Having an in-depth understanding of processes and adopting an ethos of continuous review with the intention of improving, error-proofing, automating, simplifying, clarifying, and eradicating any "non-value" process steps.
Proactively gaining and developing knowledge of all relevant lines of business to facilitate accurate processing for both retained and outsourced work elements.
Building strong relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices, and other external parties, becoming the main focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.
Working within the framework of Chubb's ethical and service standards.
Requirements: Native/bilingual level in Dutch.
Advanced level of English (C1).
Spanish is desirable.
Insurance background is preferred.
Competent in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver and improve quality.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.
